Artists have the right to turn down commissions they're not comfortable with for any reason.

Please ensure you provide me with these references; Pose, Character/OC reference, and Clothing/Style Reference.

Prices are non-negotiable, except lowering the details of the illustration.

An advance payment of 50% of the total amount is required. When the work is 80% complete, you pay the remaining (50%). In addition, the customer is responsible for paying the total commission amount.

You will receive a sketch for approval, during which you may request up to 3 edits free of charge, provided they do not involve redrawing more than 50% of the artwork.The updates will be during the sketch approval phase, and one after the finished lineart and color planning phase so the client can have an idea of what the finished render might look like.

Any edits beyond the sketch phase or after the third edit will incur a charge. Small edit details do not count during the sketch phase. The cost of additional edits varies based on the complexity of the changes. Major revisions are acceptable during sketch and lineart update but not allowed on finished commission. If the client needs to make significant or excessive changes then additional fees might apply.

The time of completion for each commission varies based on the amount of detail requested, typically ranging from 2 to 4 months after the agreed-upon work slot date. The client has the right to request a refund if the commission is taking longer than one month WITHOUT any communication or WIP updates.

The works will be delivered via email as an archive or in any other way that is convenient for you.

Original PSD files will not be provided, except for commercial commissions. If you want to have it, an additional charge of $100 will apply.

The artist retains the copyright to display and distribute the commission both personally and commercially on their portfolio, in digital and/or print format, on social media, or stream on any streaming platform. However, the client can ask for it to not be posted on social medias or to stream if they wish. (+30% of the total amount)

The artist has natural rights to post WIPs on social media if they wish. The client can ask for it not to be posted but they must make it clear at the start.

If it was not verbalized, then it's assumed the client allows WIPs and finished commission to be posted.

The client cannot claim credit, copy, trace, alter the commission as their own work and the artist must be credited if the commission is posted on social media.

If the client wants to alter the art, they should ask for permission from the artist.

The client cannot transfer or resell the work to another individual without asking for permission.

The client cannot use the commissioned work for AI training or for anything involving AI.

Additionally, any other references are welcome: individual clothing elements, patterns, jewelry, etc. Don't forget to include your preferred colors, mood, clothing style, and any other important details.
